The Economist is seeking an Event Manager for Enterprise Events. You will oversee the project management and operational delivery of events produced by Enterprise Events, reporting to the Events Director and coordinating across internal teams and external partners.

Hybrid working pattern with 3+ days in the office; experience with international B2B events is valued. The role offers a competitive base salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience working in events industry.
• Experience with international events in the B2B industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing events.
• Proficiency in CRM systems advantageous
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google applications advantageous

Responsabilités

• Project management during delivery phase with kick-off, liaison between internal teams, and debriefs.
• Build custom project timelines and manage multiple events.
• Coordinate and log internal kick-offs and client debriefs; manage budgets.
• Carry out operations processes for all events including venue selection, design, logistics and production.
• Manage event schedules, communication and attendee experience.
