Job summary

Reporting to the Events Director, you will plan timelines, manage budgets, and ensure seamless execution from kickoff to debrief. The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to travel for international conferences.

Qualifications

• Experience working in events industry.
• Experience with international B2B events.
• Demonstrated experience managing events.
• Proficiency in CRM systems advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google applications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver event projects in alignment with organisational objectives.
• Coordinate internal and external teams across functions.
• Manage budgets, timelines and deliverables for multiple events.
• Oversee venue, logistics, design, and attendee experience.
• Create case studies and post-event debriefs.
