Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Principal Architect to shape target state architecture and strategy on a global scale within Enterprise Technology (Infrastructure Platforms). You will influence multiple product lines and lead the adoption of complex, strategic AI-enabled solutions with a focus on security, resiliency, and governance.

You will collaborate across teams to drive architecture governance and high-velocity delivery.

Qualifications

Formal training and multiple professional-level certifications in AWS and Google Cloud.
10+ years of applied experience with at least 5 years in a Senior/Lead/Principal Architect role.
Experience delivering system design, development, testing, and operational stability.
Expertise in one or more programming languages and architecture disciplines.
Proven leadership in safe adoption of enterprise AI capabilities with data sensitivity awareness.
Ability to evaluate AI-enabled architectural patterns with governance and human approvals.

Responsibilities

Advise and lead on strategy and development of multiple products and technologies.
Design, govern, and oversee scalable architectural solutions across domains.
Lead adoption of enterprise-authorized AI capabilities with governance guardrails.
Translate complex technical issues for leadership to enable strategic decisions.
Act as liaison between Infrastructure Platform and Line of Business teams.
Drive reuse of software frameworks to improve velocity and quality across teams.
Establish and lead an architecture governance body.
Communicate effectively to group leadership and teams across the firm.
Define portfolio-level guardrails for AI-enabled workflows aligned to security standards.
