Middle Tennessee State University is seeking an Associate Director of International Enrollment Management to lead admissions and recruitment for international students. You will manage relationships with international agents and institutions outside the United States and support the full inquiry-to-enrollment process.

The role requires a Master's degree or MBA (or a Bachelor’s with two years of related experience) and experience in an educational setting.

Qualifications

• Master's, MBA or equivalent; or Bachelor's with two years of work experience.
• Two years of work experience in an educational setting.
• Experience issuing certificates of visa eligibility (I-20 or DS 2019).
• Must be a US citizen or US permanent resident as required by federal regulations to be a designated school official (DSO) and alternate responsible officer (ARO) authorized as a signatory for student and school immigration documents.

Responsibilities

• Support international admissions and recruitment activities of the university.
• Manage partnerships with international agents and universities outside the US.
• Support the recruitment process from inquiry to enrollment for prospective international students.
• Serve as DSO and ARO for visa eligibility certificates.
