SCAD in Savannah seeks an assistant director of international enrollment to guide talented prospective students through the admission process, build relationships with families and educators, and raise awareness of SCAD's programs.

You will manage documents, travel to events, and collaborate across departments while ensuring FERPA compliance and delivering presentations to engage applicants.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and experience in admission, recruitment, or higher education.
• Proficiency with computer databases and office productivity software.
• Preferred experience with Banner and Salesforce.
• Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
• Attention to detail and a customer service mindset.
• Passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.

Responsabilités

• Receive and process admission and scholarship documents.
• Follow up with prospective students to complete applications.
• Become an expert in the region's educational systems.
• Collaborate with departments to plan outreach events.
• Maintain FERPA-compliant records and data integrity.
• Deliver engaging presentations to prospective students.
• Coordinate travel and outreach to top organizations.
• Host events to address questions and discuss financial plans.
• Update monthly caseload reports and stay current with policies.
• Mentor new staff and share expertise.
