SCADnow - The University for Creative Careers is seeking an Assistant Director of Graduate Enrollment to guide prospective students through applications, advise on financial aid, and coordinate communications across phone, email, text, and Zoom. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends.
• Experience with college admissions, enrollment, or financial aid is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Explain university resources to prospective students and assist with applications for review.
• Advise on financial aid and scholarships; communicate deadlines via phone, email, text, and Zoom.
• Travel to off-campus events including information sessions, college fairs, and conferences to recruit applicants.
• Build relationships with applicants and guardians and manage communications through multiple channels.
• Operate admissions systems to record documents, track contacts, and manage schedules (Calendly).
• Review portfolio and résumé submission guidelines and scholarship opportunities; stay informed about university policies.
