Job summary

SCAD seeks an Assistant Director of International Enrollment (ADIE) to guide talented prospective students through the admissions journey in an assigned region. You will build relationships with students, families, and educators, provide personalized guidance, and raise awareness of SCAD’s programs and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and admissions/higher-education experience.
• Ability to manage documents and FERPA-compliant records.
• Proficiency with databases and office productivity software.
• Experience with Banner or Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process admission documents and scholarship materials.
• Regularly follow up with prospective students to ensure applications are complete.
• Become an expert on the assigned region’s education system.
• Collaborate with internal departments on events and outreach.
• Record and track documents per FERPA and maintain data integrity.
• Deliver engaging classroom presentations to prospective students.
• Plan travel and coordinate outreach to top organizations.
• Host events to address questions and discuss financing for applicants.
• Update monthly caseload reports and stay current with SCAD policies.
• Mentor new staff members and share expertise.
