Job summary

Husson University in Bangor, Maine, seeks an International Enrollment Manager to lead international recruitment, support global engagement, and ensure compliance within SEVP for enrolled international students. You will develop partnerships and guide students through the enrollment lifecycle.

This role reports to the Vice President of Enrollment Management, collaborates with campus departments, and represents Husson at recruitment events and fairs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in international admissions or enrollment services.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) regulations and related compliance.
• Experience with international recruitment strategies and partnership development.

Responsibilities

• Lead international recruitment and manage campus-based support for international students.
• Utilize CRM and SIS to document interactions, student data, enrollment status and financial documentation.
• Evaluate international applications in collaboration with Admissions staff.
• Represent Husson at international recruitment fairs, virtual events, campuses events, and partner programs.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with international schools, colleges, and organizations.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to ensure continuation of services for accepted students.
