Job summary

Husson University in Bangor, ME seeks an International Enrollment Manager to lead international recruitment, support global engagement, and assist enrolled international students throughout their enrollment lifecycle.

Reporting to the Vice President of Enrollment Management, you will develop partnerships with international networks, promote study abroad opportunities, and ensure SEVP compliance in collaboration with campus stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree in higher education or related field preferred.
• Three to five years of progressive experience in international admissions or enrollment services.
• Demonstrated knowledge of SEVP regulations and compliance requirements involving F-1 visas.
• Experience with international recruitment strategies and partnership development.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit international students through multi-channel strategies including social media, digital communications, phone or virtual outreach and travel.
• Utilize CRM and SIS systems to document interactions, enrollment status and financial documentation.
• Evaluate international applications in collaboration with Admissions leadership.
• Represent the University at international recruitment events and partner programs.
• Expand recruitment pipelines through partnerships with international schools and colleges.
• Coordinate with Graduate Admissions regarding international applicants and SEVIS documentation.
• Maintain ICE/SEVP compliance as PDSO and manage weekly enrollment reports.
• Generate reports on recruited international students and study abroad participation.
