Linamar Corporation in Michigan is seeking a Program Manager to oversee product engineering projects within the Engineering organization. You will manage and coordinate the technical, procurement, manufacturing, building and testing aspects from proof-of-concept through production.

The role requires leadership across cross-functional teams, budget control and timely delivery, with emphasis on lean initiatives and production handoff to ensure a successful launch.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is required.
• 5-10 years of related experience.
• MBA or PMP certificate would be a plus.

• Drive project timeline and deliverables across Linamar teams.
• Coordinate with cost estimators, purchasing, engineering and partners to finalize quotes.
• Oversee budget objectives and maintain financial tracking.
