Linamar Corporation in Michigan seeks an Engineering Manager to lead plant engineering and program management, including new program launches, capital projects, costing, and continuous improvement. This role sets priorities, develops the team, and ensures safe, on-time, within-budget delivery meeting quality and financial targets.

The position requires a bachelor’s in engineering, 10+ years in manufacturing engineering with leadership, and strong cross-functional communication skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; master's preferred.
• 10+ years manufacturing engineering with leadership experience.
• Experience with new program launches, capital projects, and cost estimation.

Mansioni

• Lead engineering and program management team with clear priorities.
• Manage capital projects, launches, and cost controls within budget.
• Drive APQP/PPAP activities and PFMEA documentation.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across projects.
• Collaborate with Operations to resolve production and process needs.
• Develop team capabilities and implement continuous improvement.
