Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial engineering or related technical field; Master’s preferred.
• 10–15 years of engineering experience with focus on process improvement, product development, design quality, and operational excellence.
• Demonstrated experience implementing DFSS, traceability, FMEA (DFMEA/PFMEA), risk management, verification/validation, and continuous improvement in engineering.
• Experience establishing and improving end-to-end requirements traceability across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience adopting AI-enabled engineering tools, digital platforms, and analytics in engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Improve engineering efficiency by identifying best practices, streamlining workflows, and reducing design cycle times.
• Standardize processes across product lines with DFSS, FMEA, and governance improvements.
• Promote and deploy AI-enabled engineering solutions to automate workflows and improve knowledge management.
• Collaborate with tool owners, quality leaders, and systems teams to ensure integration of processes and PLM systems.
• Define and improve key metrics: design cycle time, productivity, rework, first-pass quality, traceability, and release efficiency.
