Job summary

Qualifications

Requires technical or business degree relevant to engineering or analytics.
Multiple years in engineering reporting, capacity planning, or related field, preferably international.
Strong analytical skills with experience handling large data sets.
Experience in KPI development, reporting processes and performance tracking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating across sites and cultures.
Ability to travel internationally up to 10%.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Prepare KPI-based monthly engineering reporting at a global level and coordinate with regional teams.
Implement and manage a regular working rhythm for the global OTC engineering organization.
Plan capacity and ensure cross-location cooperation to prevent bottlenecks.
Analyze data and ensure quality using tools like Power BI or QlikSense to derive KPIs.
Coordinate cross-site engineering teams and communicate with management and various functions.
Validate data streams and suggest simplifications and automation of processes.
Create global monthly reporting and review regional monthly reporting.
Support standardization and uniformity of regional engineering reporting.
Track internal work packages related to KPI delivery and key project milestones.
