Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in program/ project planning and administration;
• Experience working with faculty;
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and balance competing priorities;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills;
• Ability to communicate cross culturally;
• Ability to multi-task with attention to detail;
• Proficient with MS Office suite

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops and administers global education in engineering and architecture.
• Creates and delivers pre- and post-travel orientations to support student outcomes.
• Develops country/region specific material and provides quarterly orientations for participants and staff.
• Initiates new courses, schedules classes and verifies enrollments; advises on Global Option and related initiatives.
• Liaises with Communications to market CoE programs and works with CARE to broaden access.
• Leads recruitment and outreach for academic international opportunities.
• Advises students and faculty on international opportunities through presentations and advising.
• Contributes to strategic planning for internationalizing the CoE curriculum.
• Keeps current with education abroad trends and best practices; explores funding opportunities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
