Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Director for Digital Twin Strategy and Technical Product Delivery to organize end-to-end delivery of the Digital Twin program across platform enablement and domain products in manufacturing and warehousing.

The role leads a cohesive, enterprise-grade delivery portfolio, partnering with IT/OT, Data & AI, Enterprise Architecture, and strategic vendors to accelerate adoption, increase reuse, and improve decision quality across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading complex technical delivery across multi-team programs and/or product portfolios in global, matrixed enterprises.
• Proven success building repeatable delivery mechanisms — cadence, release management, readiness gates, deployment playbooks.
• Experience delivering in industrial, supply chain, manufacturing, or warehousing environments.
• Program/project management credential (e.g., PMP) and Lean/Six Sigma training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end integrated portfolio delivery plan across the Digital Twin platform, manufacturing twins, and warehousing twins.
• Enable productization through repeatable module and pattern development; convert deployments into reusable capabilities.
• Establish the program delivery operating model with cadence, artifacts, governance, and release readiness gates.
• Coordinate delivery across vendors and internal teams; align milestones and dependencies.
• Drive site wave planning and scalable execution with repeatable rollout patterns.
• Lead cross-workstream dependency management and risk mitigation; integrate platform readiness and security gating.
• Direct day-to-day delivery for Technical Product Delivery Managers and Project Managers.
• Own value tracking and executive reporting on delivery health, reuse, adoption, and benefits.
