Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Affairs, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field (or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree).
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in event or engagement planning, international coordination, or program support.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and support bilateral and multilateral engagements including domestic and international trips.
• Coordinate schedules, itineraries, venues, and meeting logistics for CISA officials.
• Prepare briefing books, agendas, and read-ahead materials for leadership and delegations.
• Arrange translation and interpretation support for international engagements with embassies and partners.
• Draft SITREPs and trip readouts capturing outcomes and required next steps.
• Collaborate across CISA components to align engagement plans with strategy and priorities.
• Manage security and access requirements, including handling foreign national information and escorting visitors.
• Maintain stakeholder databases and electronic file management systems.
