In this role, you will lead coverage of energy production and distribution, apply AI to enhance research outputs, and collaborate with investors and clients to support thesis development and market mapping.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in oil, gas, energy sectors.
• Authorized to work in United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead PitchBook’s coverage of global energy production, including oil, gas, services, utilities, transportation, and more.
• Provide proprietary data-driven research on funding and investing trends across the energy landscape.
• Publish timely, well-reasoned notes and contribute to group reports and quarterly cycles.
• Engage with investor and corporate clients to support thesis development and due diligence.
• Create taxonomy and industry categorization for quick navigation of power, energy, and fossil fuels segments.
• Utilize PitchBook data and third-party sources to inform actionable analysis.
• Support research-driven sales efforts to help clients use PitchBook’s offerings.
