Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a Marketing Specialist to partner with senior leadership in Arlington, VA, to plan and execute integrated marketing strategies that elevate the firm's global energy leadership. You will produce high-quality content, support business development, and build brand awareness.

You will manage campaigns, content pipelines, CRM usage, and event logistics, reporting to the Senior Director, Business Development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• Five years of marketing and communications experience.
• Experience in energy, international development, or environmental sectors.
• Experience supporting B2B marketing campaigns across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital and social platforms.
• Create and manage a content pipeline including social posts and decks.
• Manage firm's social media, posts, graphics, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate participation in conferences, webinars, and events.
