Job summary

VSE Aviation is seeking a Technical Support Integration Specialist to lead end-user computing integration for acquired sites from planning through go-live.

This field-based role requires travel to domestic and international sites up to 80% and involves provisioning, imaging, onboarding, and training of new employees on VSE systems. You will ensure readiness, security baselines, and provide support during hyper care with a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant/technical work experience including IT integration.
• 2+ years supporting IT integration, migration, or large-scale deployment projects.

Responsibilities

• Own end-user computing workstream from planning to completion.
• Coordinate end-user equipment procurement and imaging.
• Train acquired site employees on VSE hardware and Microsoft 365.
• Validate end-user access and readiness before go-live.
• Travel to acquisition sites (domestic and international) up to ~80%.
