Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Marketing Email Specialist to support strategy, content development, and execution of high-volume international email campaigns. You will optimize campaigns using results and analytics to drive acquisition and retention.

You will collaborate across teams to craft promotional and transactional emails, build campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and monitor industry trends to improve performance and meet objectives.

Qualifications

• 2 years marketing experience in consumer direct response and/or email marketing.
• Travel industry and cruise line experience preferred.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HTML & CSS knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Management to develop content and strategy for cruise promotional email campaigns.
• Support email campaigns for Booked Guest & Loyalty teams.
• Coordinate with Outbound Sales to develop transactional emails for international leads and bookings.
• Develop and execute email testing strategies; report results to Management.
