Job summary
Ford Motor Company seeks a Supply Chain Manager, Electronics, to lead global sourcing and strategic supply chain initiatives for vehicle electronics. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related field.
- 5–8 years of progressive supply chain, purchasing, or commodity management experience.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and end-to-end global supply chain dynamics.
- Analytical skills with cost analysis and data-driven decision making.
- Experience with ERP and strategic sourcing software is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global supply chain and sourcing strategies for electronics materials and services.
- Lead negotiations, long-term agreements, and cost models to maximize value.
- Manage supplier performance, risk, and supplier business unit reviews.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance and other stakeholders to align requirements.
