Job summary

Accenture is seeking a supply chain professional with strong end-to-end experience in the electronics sector to design and deliver optimized supply chain solutions. The role involves coordinating with multiple logistics partners, assessing client needs, and driving process improvements across global networks.

You will lead end-to-end execution for test shipments and scale-up activities, train end-users, and model capacity and cost scenarios. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in supply chain experience with at least 3 years in electronics.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end supply chain processes from scale-up to end of life.
• Minimum 1 year global supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) of work experience; associate degree requires 6+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and execution of global supply chain solutions to optimize capital projects in the electronics space.
• Collaborate with multiple logistics partners (carriers, forwarders, customs agents, consolidation warehouses).
• Assess client supply chain needs, identify pain points, and create process flows.
• Support global scale-up of new products or variations.
• Train and support end-users in supply chain functionalities and best practices.
• Test end-to-end new product introduction (NPI) process streams.
• Model supply chain scenarios (capacity, cost models, SKU rationalization).
• Lead team to execute test shipments and ongoing shipments for scaling, with process improvement & root cause analysis.
