Job summary

Apptronik seeks a Global Supply Manager — Electrical & Electronics to own the electronics commodity strategy, negotiate terms, and drive cost reductions. You will collaborate with hardware engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, QA, and program management to ensure supplier readiness for prototypes and scaled production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in strategic sourcing or global supply management with electronics ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own commodity strategy for PCB fabrication, PCBA/EMS, wire harnessing and board-level electronics.
• Define supply-base architecture and qualification criteria for each commodity.
• Create RFQs/RFPs, lead supplier selection and contract awards.
• Develop should-cost models addressing cost drivers and manufacturing considerations.
• Negotiate pricing, NRE, tooling, and commercial terms; manage MSAs and LTAs.
• Own cost targets and multi-year cost-reduction roadmaps with engineering.
• Ensure supply readiness for prototype, pilot, and production ramp.
