Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in sourcing/estimation.
• Experience as Estimation/Purchase Engineer in EMS/electronics companies preferred.
• Fluent English communication required for vendor interactions.
• Knowledge of electronics components supplier base and sourcing practices.
• Strong costing analysis and ability to prepare quotations.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing electronic components, PCBs, hardware, and related parts for projects.
• Coordinate with Engineering/Design for timely quotations.
• Review and prefinalize quotations with accuracy.
• Maintain coordination with sales and purchasing to hit targets.
• Negotiate with suppliers on price and terms to meet customer targets.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships; identify new suppliers.
• Prepare work reports and conduct monthly reviews with department head.
