Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a subject matter expert in electromechanical processes to design and implement a global training curriculum for BioDevice and VMD equipment. You will collaborate with global Field Service Personnel to deliver both virtual and in-person sessions and to assess competencies through data-driven scenarios.

You will liaise with SAP, PLM, PV360 2.0 and coordinate with an instructional designer to create forms, work instructions, and eLearning materials.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in EET/Mechatronics or 8 years of experience in electromechanical control systems.
• Electrical certifications are preferred.
• Strong project and document management abilities with relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing a global electromechanical training curriculum for BioDevice and VMD equipment.
• Liaise with US and International Field Service Personnel (FSPs).
• Provide global support for electromechanical training resources and Level III BioDevice support.
• Use data platforms to improve programs and create electromechanical scenarios to assess competencies.
• Address field objections with troubleshooting documentation and update training based on feedback.
• Act as SME with SAP, PLM, PV360 2.0; manage parts orders and logistics.
• Collaborate with Instructional Designer/Technical Writer to create documents and eLearnings.
• Identify training needs, develop curriculum, and oversee onboarding and career development.
• Provide/manage virtual and in-person training for BioDevice components.
