Job summary

DRiV is seeking a Manager, EHS Systems & Digital Solutions in Southfield, MI (or Skokie, IL) with a global remit to lead EHS technology platforms, data, and reporting. You will partner with EHS, Operations, IT, HR, Legal, and vendors to ensure reliable, standardized systems supporting compliance and business decisions.

You will own roadmaps, manage configurations, data quality standards, and drive adoption through training and change management, while overseeing budgets and vendor performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IS, Environmental Science, OHS, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 8–10 years managing enterprise software and EHS systems.
• Experience administering SaaS solutions in a global manufacturing context.
• Proven track record leading implementations, upgrades, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the global roadmap and governance for EHS platforms.
• Manage configurations, workflows, access, releases, testing, and integrations.
• Set standards for data quality, security, reporting, and analytics.
• Translate regulatory needs into practical system enhancements.
• Manage vendors, licensing, contracts, budgets, and spend.
• Oversee user support, training, and change-management activities.
• Ensure compliance, audits, and controlled EHS content.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
