Job summary

DRiV Incorporated is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to coordinate facility safety and environmental programs at our Smyrna, TN site. The role focuses on implementing and maintaining EHS policies to ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations, and managing the EHS information systems.

You will work with supervisors and leadership to maintain safety systems, train staff, and forecast operating and capital expenses related to EHS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in Environmental, Safety and Health with OSHA standards knowledge.
• Experience in distribution center environments or equivalent EHS management system experience.
• Strong analytical ability and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility safety and environmental policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead the facility safety program and machine safety initiatives.
• Oversight of EHS information systems and responses to audits (EPA, OSHA).
• Manage budgets and capital projects related to safety and environmental programs.
• Support contractors and internal teams to ensure safety and compliance.
