Job summary

Ainsley Search Group is recruiting an EHS Manager for a Global Manufacturing Company in Montgomery County. The role reports to the Head of Operations and will manage, monitor and implement health and safety policy across multiple plants, ensuring alignment with corporate policy and GMP requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Safety Manager, Health and Safety Manager, EHS Manager within the Manufacturing industry.
• Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, Kaizen or Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Ability to provide hands-on support to internal and external customers and to collaborate with the corporate level.
• Excellent communication skills and people skills.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Report to Head of Operations and streamline the Health and Safety policy across the entire manufacturing plant.
• Collaborate with Corporate Team to align corporate and local safety policies.
• Maintain, monitor HSE policy and KPIs; conduct risk assessments; identify mitigation measures and report KPI results.
• Develop continuous improvements in KPI measures and training programs on safety, health and environmental awareness.
• Ensure facilities comply with OSHA, DEP and Wastewater regulations and GMP requirements.
• Manage relationships with government agencies and stay updated on regulatory changes.
• Coordinate safety contractors and review their compliance with policies and permits.
• Organize safety committee activities and implement corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations and implement root cause analysis to reduce recurring issues.
• Coordinate LOTO and maintenance procedures for safety compliance.
• Oversee workers’ compensation and return-to-work policies; standardize safety across plants.
