Job summary

Antolin in Hopkinsville, KY, seeks an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety professional to implement, maintain and communicate company policies in a manufacturing environment.

You will ensure ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems are established and updated, monitor objectives, manage audits, and report performance to management and workers’ representatives. Bachelor’s in EHS with 5+ years in EHS and 3+ years in automotive required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in EHS role, preferably in Manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Professional and effective communication and representation skills.
• Strong leadership and team building skills with analytical, problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Must be very organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee that the OHS and Environmental Management Systems are established, implemented and updated according to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Standards.
• Propose and perform monitoring for established objectives, coordinating activities to achieve them.
• Manage OHS and environmental documentation.
• Monitor the OHS and Environmental Management Systems to ensure all records are kept as required.
• Manage internal and external OHS & Environmental audits to demonstrate compliance with 45001 & 14001.
• Support the Plant manager in ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations and corporate management systems.
• Report performance of the OHS and Environmental Management Systems to Company Management and corporate managers, and to worker representatives.
