Job summary

RevMed is seeking a Vice President, Global Environmental Health & Safety to lead the worldwide EHS strategy, ensuring safety, compliance, and risk management across research, labs, offices, and international operations.

The role involves defining enterprise EHS vision, overseeing global safety programs, integrating risk into business planning, and advising executive leadership and the Board. A global EHS organization and governance structure will be built and led from Redwood City, CA.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in environmental sciences, engineering, or related fields.
• 18+ years of progressively responsible EHS experience with significant global pharmaceutical industry leadership.
• 10+ years in people management.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. OSHA/EPA regulations and international frameworks.
• Experience supporting research, clinical, commercial, and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise EHS vision and policies.
• Oversee global expansion safety and develop programs for diverse workforce needs.
• Integrate risk into business planning and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Advise executive leadership and the Board and build a global EHS organization.
• Establish performance metrics and manage incident response.
• Oversee operational safety and ESG data governance and sustainability programs.
