Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Environmental, Health & Safety experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, laboratory, or industrial environments.
• Global or multi-site EHS leadership experience preferred.
• Laser Safety Officer (LSO) experience and ANSI Z136 familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead global EHS strategy and site-level operations for Rock Hill, SC.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve global EHS policies, programs, and standards.
• Ensure OSHA, EPA, and applicable international regulatory compliance.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action programs.
• Oversee laser safety programs as Corporate Laser Safety Officer (LSO).
• Manage environmental programs including air permitting, stormwater, and waste management.
• Travel 20-30% domestically and internationally.
