Microwave Products Group (MPG) is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Lead to define and run the enterprise EHS program across all locations, balancing strategy with hands-on execution.

You will establish policies, ensure regulatory compliance (REACH, RoHS, Prop 65), manage budgets, and partner with Engineering and Supply Chain. Travel among facilities in the US, UK, and Dominican Republic is required.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of progressive EHS experience, including manufacturing exposure.
• Experience leading EHS programs across multiple facilities.
• Knowledge of U.S. and U.K. occupational health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Professional certification such as CSP, CIH, ASP preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage enterprise-wide EHS program across locations.
• Establish policies, procedures, standards, goals, and metrics.
• Identify hazards and assess risks in manufacturing environments.
• Lead REACH, RoHS, and Cal Prop 65 compliance.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Supply Chain to meet safety and environmental standards.
• Oversee documentation and audits, maintain EHS records.
• Manage EHS budget and resources.
