Job summary

Google is seeking a Environment, Health, and Safety Cluster Manager (Bay Area) to lead the Global Safety Management Framework rollout across the Bay Area campus.

You will partner with Engineering and Facilities, including complex electrical infrastructure, to embed safety into daily operations and scale safety initiatives for a large portfolio. This role is part of Google's GSRS team, focusing on proactive risk management and enterprise resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 7 years of experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS).
• 7 years of experience in physical safety, industrial hygiene, event safety, or retail safety.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate safety solutions based on proactive risk assessments.
• Create educational materials, program documentation, and digital tracking systems.
• Embed safety protocols into daily operations with site leads.
• Conduct audits and risk assessments; draft leadership reports.
• Lead RCA investigations and track corrective actions to completion.
