Responsibilities

• Manage IRB interactions, reimbursements, databases, and data processing.
• Train and supervise lab volunteers.
• Research and purchase equipment for lab operations.
• Balance project budgets and maintain lab websites.
• Support hiring, draft advertisements, review applicants.
• Develop lab practices and communicate with university admins.
• Troubleshoot operational and project issues.
• Develop and manage IRB applications; organize human subjects data.
• Perform data analysis with MATLAB, Python, R, Unix, HTML.
• Assist in manuscript preparation and respond to co-author feedback.
