Job summary

Northeastern University’s PINE Lab seeks a Research Coordinator to support the Project SCALE initiative, coordinating EEG research in early child development across multiple sites. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, strong organizational skills, and experience with large pediatric datasets; EEG experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Developmental Psychology, Neuroscience, Public Health, or related field.
• Experience managing large-scale pediatric data or clinical trial data.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team.
• Experience with EEG data acquisition/analysis helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage IRB interactions and project administration.
• Train and supervise lab volunteers and monitor grant progress.
• Develop and document lab procedures and manuals.
• Perform data processing, analysis, and programming tasks across MATLAB, Python, R, Unix, and shell scripting.
• Coordinate recruitment, purchasing, and lab operations; manage budgets and websites.
