Job summary

Arizona State University’s Global Education Office (ASU GEO) in Tempe seeks a Faculty Directed Program Coordinator to manage a portfolio of international and domestic programs from proposal to evaluation.

You will work with faculty, university administration and vendors, plan budgets, negotiate contracts, coordinate pre-departure orientations, and advise students on funding and the application process. Hybrid work possible after training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience working with college/university faculty members or VIP customers/clients.
• Budget development and management experience.
• Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Terra Dotta.

Responsibilities

• Develop and finalize individualized custom program proposals including budgets, logistics, housing, transportation, health & safety requirements, excursions and curriculum.
• Facilitate budget development and disbursements; prepare proposals and approvals.
• Coordinate with vendors and faculty; review bids and negotiate contracts for program outcomes and costs.
• Plan and promote programs with web brochures, assess applications and enroll participants.
• Deliver pre-departure orientations; advise students on funding options and the application process.
