OVERVIEW The Global Education Administrative Senior Coordinator position at Ohio State University supports the Global Education Office within the Systems and Administration Team. The role contributes to global engagement efforts by providing customer service, processing fees and awards, maintaining documentation, and supporting risk management services connected to global education experiences. This position reports to the Global Education Systems Analyst and works closely with internal and external stakeholders. The role focuses on effective administration of programs and services while maintaining a strong student-first approach across global education operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer service support for students, faculty, and staff participating in global education experiences
- Process fees and awards related to global education programs
- Maintain documentation connected to global education activities and services
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support effective administration
- Contribute to the work of the Systems and Administration Team within the Global Education Office
- Support Ohio State’s global engagement efforts through operational and administrative coordination

Requirements
