Goodwin is seeking an eDiscovery Project Manager to oversee complex litigation matters, collaborating with attorneys, vendors, and clients to deliver efficient, compliant eDiscovery solutions. You will lead planning, tracking, and execution across multiple matters while maintaining rigorous quality controls.

The role emphasizes process improvement, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with a focus on cost control and on-time delivery within a leading global law firm.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) certification required; Relativity Analytics certification a plus.
• Brainspace Analyst Certification required; additional Brainspace certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with Nuix, Reveal, DISCO, etc. is preferred.
• Advanced skills in database searching, data analytics, and technology-assisted review (TAR).
• Proficiency in Adobe and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with case team to evaluate eDiscovery needs and develop project plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet milestones.
• Identify and mitigate risks to project success and costs.
• Leverage technology to improve efficiencies and reduce costs.
• Maintain project tracker and document all steps in the eDiscovery process.
• Use RelativityOne to process, search, thread, review and produce documents.
• Provide guidance and training on eDiscovery software to teams.
• Analyze data from clients and external parties for accuracy and completeness.
• Review and refine document review protocols for compliance with playbook.
• Monitor spend vs. budget and alert teams to potential overages.
• Lead kickoff calls with case teams and vendors and manage vendor meetings.
• Perform quality control checks on vendor work and productions.
