Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year leading people and developing others.
• 5+ years in recruiting coordination, university or Early Talent programs.
• Strong ability to improve processes and scale operations.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Early Talent Program Coordinators globally.
• Own global coordination operations from intake to offer stage.
• Partner with Recruiting leaders, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Improve candidate and interviewer experience through streamlined processes.
• Lead programs and events to strengthen recruiting operations.
