Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Lead, Early Talent Recruiting Coordination to head a global team delivering internships and new graduate hiring. You will own the coordination model from intake to offer, develop the team, and improve systems and stakeholder experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, process improvement, and global collaboration to scale MongoDB's early talent programs and recruiting operations across regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in recruiting coordination or early talent programs.
• Experience leading teams and developing others.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to scale processes in a global, fast-growth environment.
• Experience with internship/new graduate programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team delivering global internship and new graduate hiring.
• Own the coordination operating model from intake through offer-stage support.
• Set expectations for performance, service quality, and collaboration.
• Forecast hiring demand and coordinate workload across regions.
• Partner with Recruiting Operations and cross-functional teams to improve handoffs.
• Lead global projects to strengthen recruiting operations.
• Build trusted relationships across regions and communicate priorities clearly.
• Champion an inclusive, timely candidate experience.
