Qualifications

• 7+ years of clinical research experience in CRO/biotech/pharma settings.
• Experience leading global Phase 1-4 trials and Phase 3 registrational studies.
• Proven ability to manage trial budgets, timelines and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional trial teams to develop and execute study operational plans.
• Accountable for trial delivery: timelines, budget, quality and milestones.
• Oversee CRO/vendor selection, onboarding, contracting and monitoring.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigations across studies.
• Ensure compliance with global regulations, GCP and internal SOPs.
• Prepare for Health Authority inspections and internal QA audits.
