Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc (USA) seeks a Director Clinical Trial Management Program Operations Leader to guide operational strategy for complex programs. Hybrid role in US with three days in the office, collaborating with senior leaders, vendors and study teams.

You will oversee budgets, timelines, quality and vendor governance while driving risk mitigation and ensuring inspection readiness for regulatory reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree may substitute.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, with at least 8 years in clinical operations.
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP regulations and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational strategy and overall delivery for complex clinical programs.
• Oversee program quality, timelines, budgets, and study team success.
• Manage CROs, vendors, and external partnerships; ensure inspection readiness.
• Provide operational input to feasibility, timelines, and cost estimates.
• Lead staff recruitment, performance management, development, and mentoring.
