Job summary

Amazon is seeking a CMMS Engineer to function as a subject matter expert within the data center region. The role covers ownership of the EAM deployment, data collection, maintenance scheduling, reporting, and training across AWS data center sites.

The candidate will work with a diverse team of engineers and operations staff, helping drive global processes and ensuring data accuracy for critical asset management. A TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CMMS experience.
• 2+ years of electrical and mechanical facilities maintenance experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent, or 3+ years of facilities management experience.
• Detail-oriented, comfortable walking large facilities, and precise with data entry.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain site asset data through Hexagon EAM and ensure asset details match the digital record.
• Collaborate with data center teams to align and schedule maintenance within the CMMS application.
• Proactively perform routine data scrubs, identify and correct anomalies, and look for opportunities to automate processes.
• Plan and conduct training and workshop sessions for large audiences within the organization.
