Job summary

Ethereum Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex IT initiatives in a fast-paced environment in Dallas. You will apply established project management methodologies to plan, execute and deliver multi-team efforts, while owning budgets, forecasts and risk mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities include coordinating across developers, QA, and product managers, communicating status to sponsors, and driving post-implementation reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT projects or complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and ROI analysis skills.
• Ability to communicate project risks and status to sponsors and managers.
• Proven track record of coordinating multi-team efforts and removing impediments.
• Knowledge of regulatory considerations impacting IT programs.

Responsibilities

• Uses established project management methodologies to develop and execute IT project plans.
• Owns project budget and forecasts, analyzes EV/ROI, and guides issue resolution.
• Leads cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product managers to deliver scope.
• Plans, monitors, and reports on delivery of quality control and post-implementation actions.
• Negotiates with stakeholders to resolve critical problems and mitigate risks.
• Mentors other project managers and participates in recruiting and hiring activities.
