Qualifications

• Degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years management experience in a senior Operations / Engineering Management role within a multinational organization.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Technical Lead for E2E HIP & Shoulders Portfolio Program delivery across global sites.
• Lead a global Technical function of 180+ personnel across 4 manufacturing sites with substantial budgets.
• Manage and implement NPI Delivery and Product Transfer activities within the HIP & Shoulders portfolio.
• Ensure projects are cost efficient, meet scope, and deliver on central reporting to sponsors and leadership.
• Drive strategic direction for the team and maintain collaboration with Value Streams, R&D, and Quality.
