Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Principal Project Manager to lead Data Operations, budget, and governance for Hip & Knee R&D. This role involves portfolio analytics, financial planning, and cross-functional leadership across PMO, Finance, and R&D.

You will collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to drive execution excellence and scalable operating models. Based in Raynham, MA or West Chester, PA or Warsaw, IN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within a regulated industry; medical device/pharma/healthcare preferred.
• Experience managing R&D budgets, financial planning, forecasting, and investment analysis.
• Experience developing or implementing portfolio management systems, analytics solutions, dashboards, or BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data Operations & Portfolio Analytics, dashboards, metrics, and reporting capabilities.
• Establish governance for portfolio data accuracy and accessibility.
• Lead annual operating planning and long-range financial planning for Hip & Knee R&D.
• Provide financial insights for portfolio prioritization and business planning.
• Mentor PMO and project leaders in best practices for program execution.
