Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Technology Sr. Manager, HCM (H2R) to own HR Operations and I&T platforms. You will partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to ensure scalable and compliant workforce systems that enable transformative HR services.

The role drives strategy, roadmaps, and operational excellence during a period of organizational change, reporting into the DePuy Synthes Technology organization. Global collaboration and vendor management are key aspects.

Qualifications

• Education requirements as listed: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience: 8–10 years in IT, enterprise applications, or HR technology with ownership of complex systems or products.
• Product ownership or tech lead experience for HCM/HR Operations platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for HR Operations and HCM applications, ensuring alignment with HR strategy.
• Partner with HR leaders to translate business needs into tech solutions and prioritized backlogs.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams (IT, HR, vendors) to plan, execute, and deploy HR tech initiatives on time and within scope.
• Ensure operational stability, data integrity, security, and compliance across HR applications.
• Oversee vendor relationships and managed services, including performance and SLAs.
• Drive process optimization and automation to improve employee/manager experience and reduce manual effort.
• Use metrics to monitor system performance, adoption, and value realization; enable data-driven decisions.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
