Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Technology Sr. Manager, HCM (H2R) to own HR Operations and Human Capital Management platforms.

You will define product strategy, roadmaps, and operational excellence across HR applications, partnering with HR, IT, and business leaders to enable scalable, compliant workforce operations during a period of organizational change. The role requires leading cross-functional teams, driving automation, managing vendors and budgets, and delivering measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in information systems, CS, business, HR, or related field.
• Preferred master’s degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for HR Operations and HCM applications.
• Partner with HR leaders to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams (IT, HR, vendors) to deploy HR tech initiatives on time.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across HR applications.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs.
• Drive automation to improve employee experience and reduce manual effort.
• Use metrics to monitor system performance and value realization.
• Lead and develop team members to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
