Qualifications

Understanding of digital commerce and B2B integration concepts (punchout catalogs, cXML, EDI, APIs, order/invoice flows).
Ability to troubleshoot business or technical process issues and communicate resolutions clearly.
Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-focused mindset.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute eProcurement integration projects and customer onboarding activities, including setup, testing, go-live readiness and post-launch support.
Manage multiple mid-size eProcurement or B2B integration workstreams with clear priorities and timelines.
Partner with Sales, IT, Customer Ops, Product Management, customers, and vendors to gather requirements and deliver milestones.
Support testing and troubleshooting for punchout catalogs, order/invoice automation, EDI, cXML, XML, APIs, and related flows.
Document integration requirements, test outcomes, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
Facilitate working sessions and project meetings with procurement, technical resources, and cross-functional teams.
Monitor progress, risks, blockers, and dependencies; escalate and propose solutions to keep projects moving.
Collaborate with product managers to stay current on Waters digital commerce capabilities and improve processes, templates, and customer experience.
Provide second- or third-level customer-facing support with triage and root-cause analysis when needed.

Overview

Waters has an exciting and challenging opportunity available for an eProcurement Integration Specialist to support industry-leading B2B integration capabilities, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and contribute to excellence across our digital commerce programs and business operations.

As a key member of our Digital Experience Team, this position will coordinate and execute integration activities with Waters B2B customers from project kick-off through go-live, following the B2B integration life cycle. Success will require a customer-focused mindset, strong technical aptitude, disciplined follow-through, and effective collaboration with cross-functional colleagues, external customers, and third-party platform partners.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute eProcurement integration projects and customer onboarding activities, including setup, testing, issue resolution, go-live readiness, and post-launch support.
Manage multiple mid-size eProcurement, marketplace, or B2B integration workstreams simultaneously while maintaining clear priorities, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
Partner with Sales, IT, Customer Operations, Product Management, external customers, and third-party vendors to gather requirements, validate integration needs, and deliver project milestones.
Support testing and troubleshooting for punchout catalogs, order automation, invoice automation, EDI, cXML, XML, APIs, and related B2B integration flows.
Document integration requirements, test outcomes, customer-specific configurations, issue resolution steps, and standard operating procedures for onboarding and support activities.
Facilitate working sessions and project meetings with customer procurement and technical resources, third-party vendors, Sales, IT, and other teams as needed based on project scope.
Monitor integration progress, risks, open issues, and dependencies, escalating blockers and recommending practical solutions to keep projects moving forward.
Collaborate with technical resources and product managers to stay current on Waters digital commerce capabilities and identify opportunities to improve integration processes, templates, and customer experience.
Partner with eProcurement Support resources to provide second- or third-level customer-facing support when needed, including triage, root-cause analysis, and coordination of issue resolution.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience supporting eProcurement, eCommerce, B2B integration, customer onboarding, implementation, sales operations, services, or IT projects.
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

Understanding of digital commerce and B2B integration concepts, such as punchout catalogs, cXML, EDI, APIs, order management, invoice flows, or related data exchange processes.
Ability to troubleshoot business or technical process issues, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and clearly communicate resolution steps to internal and customer stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, follow-through, and ownership.

Preferred or May Also Have:

Project management certification or formal project management training.
Experience with eProcurement platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, Tungsten, or similar marketplace and procurement systems.
Working knowledge of SAP, SAP Commerce, Quote to Cash, order management, or manufacturing business processes.
Experience with Microsoft Office and collaboration or work-management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow.
Technical aptitude and learning agility, with the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated commitment to improving customer experience and delivering measurable results through collaboration and continuous improvement.
