Job summary

UCB in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Ethics & Business Integrity Insights Monitoring Program Lead to shape strategy and deliver monitoring programs across the US. You will collaborate with US E&BI leads and global teams to drive risk management and regulatory compliance.

You will manage vendors, develop annual plans, and report findings to senior leadership, using analytics tools like Qlik and Power BI. This hybrid role requires 5+ years in healthcare compliance and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years’ experience in US healthcare compliance or risk management.
• Experience leading teams or managing vendors in a multinational environment.
• Certifications such as CCEP, CFE, CPA, CHC, CCEP-I are a plus.
• Experience with advanced analytics tools (Qlik, Power BI).
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt monitoring plans to diverse regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine monitoring strategies and annual plans in line with business needs.
• Collaborate with regional leads to align monitoring with local regulations.
• Oversee and manage external vendors for E&BI monitoring activities.
• Report monitoring activities, findings, and trends to senior leadership.
• Manage High Impact Findings (HIF) and drive continuous improvement.
• Use analytics tools to provide actionable insights.
